My send button has become inactive half way through a session ā€œKillā€ the app: swipe the app away so itā€™s not functioning in the background, and re-open the app. Remember to copy any unsent messages that you want to send, so you can paste them directly into the chat
Iā€™m not receiving my verification email 1) Check your updates and spam folders
  1. If you donā€™t find it, send an email to [email protected] | | Iā€™ve inputted my first and last names, but I get a message that they are not valid | Send an email to [email protected] , and we will manually input your first and last name | | App is crashing when opening | 1. Go to app permissions / authorisations in the settings on your phone. Search for Tarjimly and allow all permissions.
  1. Check storage on your phone. If you have low storage, delete some items in order to create more space | | After installing Tarjimly my phone asks me to choose between my SIM provider and Tarjimly each time I make a call. | 1.Ā OpenĀ theĀ phoneĀ application
  2. Click on the three dots
  3. Click on settings
  4. Scroll down until you see the option "Other call settings" press on "Other call settings"
  5. press on "Calling accounts"
  6. press on "Make calls with"
  7. choose the defaultĀ phoneĀ calling service, which might be "SIM card name" or "Google voiceā€ |
